- Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon

- Red chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Skewers - 4 (if using wooden skewers, soak in water for 30 minutes)
Steps
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground lamb, chopped onion, minced garlic, parsley, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt, black pepper, and red chili powder.
- Mix the ingredients thoroughly using your hands until well combined.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into an elongated kofta (sausage shape) around the skewers.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat and brush it lightly with olive oil.
- Once hot, place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and browned.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
- Serve hot with a side of yogurt sauce or salad.
