- Green chili (finely chopped) - 1 small
- Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - for cooking
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the buckwheat flour, yogurt, and water to form a smooth batter. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
- After resting, add the chopped spinach, chopped onion, green chili, cumin seeds, and salt to the batter. Mix well.
- Heat a non-stick skillet or tawa over medium heat and lightly grease it with oil.
- Pour a ladleful of batter onto the hot skillet and spread it into a thin circle.
- Drizzle a little oil around the edges and cook until the dosa is golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Flip the dosa and cook for another 1-2 minutes until cooked through.
- Repeat with the remaining batter to make additional dosas.
- Serve hot with chutney or yogurt.
