  • Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
  • Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Onion - 1 medium, thinly sliced
  • Capsicum (bell pepper) - 1 small, thinly sliced
  • Tomato - 1 small, diced
  • Green chilies - 1, finely chopped
  • Cilantro (coriander leaves) - a handful, chopped
  • Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
  • Cheddar cheese - 50 grams, shredded
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. In a bowl, marinate the diced chicken with yogurt, garam masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, and salt. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and sauté until the chicken is cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
  3. Once the chicken is cooked, add sliced onions, capsicum, tomatoes, and green chilies. Cook for another 5 minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender.
  4. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  5. Place the pizza bases on a baking tray and spread the chicken and vegetable mixture evenly over each base.
  6. Top with shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese, then sprinkle with chopped cilantro and drizzle with lemon juice.
