- Cilantro (coriander leaves) - a handful, chopped
- Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
- Cheddar cheese - 50 grams, shredded
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- In a bowl, marinate the diced chicken with yogurt, garam masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, and salt. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and sauté until the chicken is cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
- Once the chicken is cooked, add sliced onions, capsicum, tomatoes, and green chilies. Cook for another 5 minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender.
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Place the pizza bases on a baking tray and spread the chicken and vegetable mixture evenly over each base.
- Top with shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese, then sprinkle with chopped cilantro and drizzle with lemon juice.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
