- Burger buns - 2
- Lettuce leaves - 2
- Tomato - 1 (sliced)
- Onion - 1 small (sliced)

- Mint chutney - 4 tablespoons
- Cheese slices - 2 (optional)
Steps
- In a bowl, combine the chicken breast, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt, and lemon juice. Mix well and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, until fully cooked and golden brown.
- While the chicken is cooking, toast the burger buns lightly on a separate pan until golden.
- Assemble the burger by spreading mint chutney on the bottom half of each bun.
- Place a lettuce leaf on the chutney, followed by the cooked chicken breast, tomato slices, onion slices, and cucumber slices. Add a cheese slice if desired.
- Top with the other half of the bun and serve immediately with extra mint chutney on the side.
