- Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
- Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Egg - 1 large
- Mozzarella cheese (shredded) - 150 grams
- Tomato sauce - 100 grams
- Bell peppers (sliced) - 50 grams
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).

- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
- Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the base.
- Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce, then arrange the kofta balls evenly over the cheese.
- Add sliced bell peppers on top of the kofta and sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella cheese and oregano.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve hot.
