Steps
- In a non-stick pan, heat the grated coconut on low flame for about 5 minutes, stirring continuously until it's lightly toasted.
- Add the grated jaggery to the coconut and mix well until the jaggery melts completely, about 5-7 minutes.
- Sprinkle in the cardamom powder and chopped nuts, mixing everything thoroughly.
- Grease a flat plate or tray with ghee. Pour the coconut mixture onto the tray and flatten it evenly with a spatula or your hands.
- Let it cool for about 15 minutes, then cut into square or diamond-shaped pieces.
