Ingredients
- Fresh colostrum milk - 250 ml
- Jaggery, grated - 30 grams
- Cardamom powder - 1/4 teaspoon
- Almonds, finely chopped - 10 grams
- Ghee - 1 teaspoon
Steps
- In a saucepan, heat the ghee over low heat until it melts.
- Add the grated jaggery to the ghee and stir until it completely dissolves.
- Pour in the fresh colostrum milk and mix well with the jaggery and ghee.
- Add the cardamom powder and continue to stir the mixture on low heat for about 10-15 minutes, until it thickens slightly.
- Remove from heat and pour the mixture into small serving bowls or molds.
- Sprinkle the finely chopped almonds on top.
- Allow it to cool at room temperature for a few minutes, then refrigerate for at least 10 minutes before serving.
