Ingredients

  • Fresh colostrum milk - 250 ml
  • Jaggery, grated - 30 grams
  • Cardamom powder - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Almonds, finely chopped - 10 grams
  • Ghee - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. In a saucepan, heat the ghee over low heat until it melts.
  2. Add the grated jaggery to the ghee and stir until it completely dissolves.
  3. Pour in the fresh colostrum milk and mix well with the jaggery and ghee.
  4. Add the cardamom powder and continue to stir the mixture on low heat for about 10-15 minutes, until it thickens slightly.
  5. Remove from heat and pour the mixture into small serving bowls or molds.
  6. Sprinkle the finely chopped almonds on top.
  7. Allow it to cool at room temperature for a few minutes, then refrigerate for at least 10 minutes before serving.
