  • Jaggery (grated) - 40 grams
  • Ghee - 1 tablespoon
  • Cardamom powder - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Chopped nuts (almonds or cashews) - 15 grams

  2. Add the grated jaggery and water to the pan, stirring until the jaggery dissolves completely.
  3. Once the mixture starts to boil, reduce the heat and add the roasted rice flour gradually, mixing constantly to avoid lumps.
  4. Continue to cook the mixture for about 5-7 minutes until it thickens and starts to leave the sides of the pan.
  5. Add the cardamom powder and chopped nuts, mixing well to combine.
  6. Remove the pan from heat and transfer the mixture to a greased plate or tray. Flatten it with a spatula to about 1/2 inch thickness.
  7. Allow it to cool for 10-15 minutes, then cut into squares or diamonds and serve.
