- Kharwa (jaggery) - 100 grams
- Mixed nuts (almonds, cashews, and pistachios) - 50 grams
- Ghee (clarified butter) - 1 tablespoon
- Cardamom powder - 1/4 teaspoon
- Water - 2 tablespoons
Steps
- Chop the mixed nuts coarsely and set them aside.
- In a pan, heat ghee over medium heat, and add the chopped nuts. Roast them for about 3-4 minutes until they are lightly golden and fragrant.
- In another pan, add the kharwa and water. Cook on low heat, stirring continuously until the kharwa melts completely and forms a syrupy consistency.
- Add the roasted nuts and cardamom powder to the kharwa syrup. Mix well until all the nuts are coated with the syrup.
- Pour the mixture onto a greased plate or tray and spread it evenly with a spatula.
- Allow it to cool for about 10-15 minutes, then cut it into squares or desired shapes.
