- Green chili - 1, slit
- Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon

- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon

- Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon

Steps
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
- Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.

- Add the diced chicken pieces and sauté until they are no longer pink.
- Mix in the pureed tomato, followed by coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Stir well to combine.
- Cover the pan and let it cook for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally until the chicken is cooked through.
- Once the chicken is tender, sprinkle garam masala and mix well.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
