  • Sev (crispy chickpea noodles) - for garnish

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the grated raw papaya, boiled black gram, green chili, ginger, and salt. Mix well to combine.
  2. Add the lemon juice, tamarind chutney, cumin powder, and chaat masala to the mixture. Stir until everything is evenly coated with the spices and chutneys.
