- Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Egg - 1, beaten
- Oil - for frying (coconut or avocado oil recommended)
Steps
- Start by placing the grated zucchini in a clean kitchen towel and squeezing out excess moisture.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients: almond flour, grated Parmesan cheese, garam masala, cumin powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the squeezed zucchini, chopped cilantro, green chili, and the beaten egg to the bowl. Mix until well combined.
- Heat oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Once the oil is hot, take a small portion of the mixture and form it into a patty. Carefully place it in the skillet.
