Ingredients

  • Bell pepper (red) - 100 grams

  • Cauliflower florets - 100 grams
  • Greek yogurt - 100 grams
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Skewers - 4 (soaked in water if wooden)

Steps

  1. Preheat the grill or oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garam masala, cumin, paprika, turmeric, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  3. Chop the bell pepper, zucchini, mushrooms, and cauliflower into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Add the chopped vegetables to the marinade and mix until well-coated. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  5. Thread the marinated vegetables onto the skewers, alternating the types of vegetables.
  6. Place the skewers on the grill or in the oven and cook for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the vegetables are tender and slightly charred.
