  • Spinach - 50 grams, chopped
  • Green beans - 50 grams, chopped
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Garlic - 1 teaspoon, minced
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Coconut oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Coriander leaves - for garnish

Steps

  1. In a large pot, heat the coconut oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the cumin seeds and sauté until they begin to crackle.
  3. Stir in the grated ginger and minced garlic, cooking until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  4. Add the chopped cauliflower, zucchini, green beans, and spinach to the pot, and stir for a few minutes.
  5. Pour in the water and bring the mixture to a boil.
  6. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and add the turmeric powder, black pepper, and salt.
  7. Let the broth simmer for about 20 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
