- Chopped green chilies - 1 teaspoon

- Chopped onions - 1/4 cup
- Chopped bell pepper - 1/4 cup
- Chopped carrots - 1/4 cup
- Chopped coriander leaves - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Water - 1.5 cups
Steps
- Heat ghee in a pan over medium heat.
- Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds to the hot ghee and allow them to splutter.
- Stir in the chopped green chilies and ginger, sautéing for about 30 seconds.
- Add the chopped onions, bell pepper, and carrots, and cook until they soften, about 3-4 minutes.
- Reduce the heat to low and add the almond flour, stirring well to combine with the vegetables.
- Slowly pour in the water while continuously stirring to avoid lumps.
- Season with salt and cook until the mixture thickens to a porridge-like consistency, about 5-7 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
