Ingredients

  • Zucchini - 2 medium
  • Cherry tomatoes - 200 grams
  • Fresh basil leaves - 30 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Red pepper flakes - 1/4 teaspoon (optional)

Steps

  1. Spiralize the zucchini using a spiralizer to create noodles and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes, until they start to soften and burst.
