- Cherry tomatoes - 200 grams
- Fresh basil leaves - 30 grams
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated

- Black pepper - to taste
- Red pepper flakes - 1/4 teaspoon (optional)
Steps
- Spiralize the zucchini using a spiralizer to create noodles and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes, until they start to soften and burst.
- Stir in the fresh basil leaves and add salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
