Ingredients

  • Paneer - 200 grams
  • Greek yogurt - 100 grams
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
  • Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh cilantro - for garnish

Steps

  1. Cut the paneer into cubes and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, ginger paste, garlic paste, garam masala, ground cumin, ground coriander, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt to make the marinade.
