- Button mushrooms - 300 grams
- Greek yogurt - 100 grams
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh cilantro - for garnish
Steps
- Clean the button mushrooms with a damp cloth and remove the stems.
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, garam masala, paprika, cumin powder, turmeric powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the cleaned mushrooms to the bowl and coat them thoroughly with the marinade. Cover and let them marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat the grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat. Drizzle olive oil over the grill to prevent sticking.
- Once hot, place the marinated mushrooms on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are tender and have charred marks.
