- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Green chili - 1, slit (optional)
- Vegetable broth - 500 ml
- Coconut milk - 100 ml
- Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon

- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps
- In a pot, heat coconut oil over medium heat. Add chopped onions and sauté until they become translucent.
- Add minced garlic, grated ginger, and slit green chili. Sauté for another 2 minutes until fragrant.
