- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Onion - 1 small, finely chopped
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Coriander leaves - for garnish
Steps
- Heat the coconut oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add cumin seeds and mustard seeds, and let them splutter.
- Add the chopped green chili, grated ginger, and minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Incorporate the chopped onion and cook until translucent.
- Add the turmeric powder, salt, and black pepper, and mix well.
- Stir in the fresh spinach and cook until wilted, about 3-4 minutes.

- Cover the pan and let it cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until the cauliflower is tender.
- Remove from heat and stir in the lemon juice.
