Ingredients

  • Fresh spinach - 100 grams
  • Greek yogurt - 200 grams
  • Cucumber - 50 grams
  • Green chili - 1 small, finely chopped
  • Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves - 2 tablespoons, chopped

Steps

  1. Wash the fresh spinach thoroughly and blanch it in boiling water for 1-2 minutes until wilted, then drain and cool under cold water.
  2. Once cooled, chop the spinach finely and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, add the Greek yogurt and whisk until smooth.
  4. Grate the cucumber and squeeze out excess water, then add it to the yogurt.
  5. Add the chopped spinach, green chili, cumin powder, salt, and black pepper to the yogurt mixture, and mix well.
  6. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve chilled.
