- Spinach - 100 grams
- Coconut oil - 2 tablespoons
- Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
- Mustard seeds - 1 teaspoon
- Ginger (grated) - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic (minced) - 1 teaspoon
- Green chili (chopped) - 1 small
- Onion (finely chopped) - 1 small
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves (for garnish) - a handful
Steps
- Heat coconut oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add cumin seeds and mustard seeds, and sauté until they start to splutter.

- Cover the pan and let it cook on low heat for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally until the cauliflower is tender but not mushy.
