- Almond flour - 1 cup
- Fresh spinach - 1 cup, chopped
- Psyllium husk - 2 tablespoons
- Water - 1/4 cup
- Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Ghee or coconut oil - for cooking
Steps
- In a bowl, combine almond flour, psyllium husk, cumin powder, turmeric powder, and salt.
- Add the chopped spinach to the dry mixture and mix well.
- Gradually add water to the mixture, kneading until it forms a smooth dough.
- Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for about 10 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and roll each portion into a ball.
