- Almond flour - 100 grams
- Yogurt (unsweetened, full-fat) - 50 grams
- Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
- Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon
- Green chili (finely chopped) - 1 small
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon
- Cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
- Oil (for greasing) - 1 tablespoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Water - 50 ml
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a baking dish with oil.
- Blanch the spinach in boiling water for 2-3 minutes, then drain and blend it into a smooth puree.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the spinach puree, almond flour, yogurt, baking powder, ginger paste, green chili, salt, turmeric powder, cumin seeds, lemon juice, and water. Mix well to form a smooth batter.
