  • Cilantro (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Skewers (soaked in water) - 4-6 pieces

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, ginger paste, garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt to create the marinade.
