- Almond flour - 100 grams
- Ghee - 30 grams
- Erythritol - 30 grams
- Water - 200 ml
- Cardamom powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Chopped nuts (almonds and pistachios) - 20 grams
- Rose water - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - a pinch
Steps
- In a non-stick pan, heat the ghee on medium heat until melted.
- Add the almond flour to the pan and roast it gently, stirring continuously, until it turns golden brown and fragrant (about 5-7 minutes).
- In a separate pot, bring the water to a boil and then add the erythritol and a pinch of salt. Stir until the erythritol dissolves completely.
- Slowly pour the boiling water into the roasted almond flour, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
- Reduce the heat to low and continue cooking for another 5 minutes, stirring until the mixture thickens.
- Add the cardamom powder and rose water, stirring well to combine.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped nuts before serving.
