Ingredients

  • Almond flour - 100 grams
  • Ghee - 30 grams
  • Erythritol - 30 grams
  • Water - 200 ml
  • Cardamom powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Chopped nuts (almonds and pistachios) - 20 grams
  • Rose water - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - a pinch

Steps

  1. In a non-stick pan, heat the ghee on medium heat until melted.
  2. Add the almond flour to the pan and roast it gently, stirring continuously, until it turns golden brown and fragrant (about 5-7 minutes).
  3. In a separate pot, bring the water to a boil and then add the erythritol and a pinch of salt. Stir until the erythritol dissolves completely.
  4. Slowly pour the boiling water into the roasted almond flour, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
  5. Reduce the heat to low and continue cooking for another 5 minutes, stirring until the mixture thickens.
  6. Add the cardamom powder and rose water, stirring well to combine.
  7. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped nuts before serving.
