Ingredients

  • Vanilla extract - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Chopped pistachios - 2 tablespoons
  • Chopped almonds - 2 tablespoons
  • Saffron strands - a pinch (optional)

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, add the Greek yogurt and whisk it until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the erythritol or monk fruit sweetener, cardamom powder, and vanilla extract to the yogurt. Mix well until fully combined.
  3. If using, soak the saffron strands in a tablespoon of warm water or milk for a few minutes, then stir it into the yogurt mixture.
