- Psyllium husk - 15 grams

- Ground cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
- Water - 90 ml
- Oil (for frying) - 200 ml
- Cucumber (finely chopped) - 50 grams
- Tomato (finely chopped) - 50 grams
- Onion (finely chopped) - 50 grams
- Fresh coriander (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
- Green chili (finely chopped) - 1 small
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Chaat masala - 1 teaspoon
- Avocado (mashed) - 100 grams
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, psyllium husk, salt, and ground cumin. Mix well.
- Gradually add water to the flour mixture and knead until a dough forms. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Divide the dough into small balls and roll each ball into thin, flat discs.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the discs until golden brown and crispy on both sides. Drain on paper towels.
- In a separate bowl, combine cucumber, tomato, onion, coriander, green chili, lemon juice, and chaat masala. Mix well to create a topping.
