Ingredients

  • Almond flour - 100 grams
  • Psyllium husk - 15 grams
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Ground cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Water - 90 ml
  • Oil (for frying) - 200 ml
  • Cucumber (finely chopped) - 50 grams
  • Tomato (finely chopped) - 50 grams
  • Onion (finely chopped) - 50 grams
  • Fresh coriander (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
  • Green chili (finely chopped) - 1 small
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Chaat masala - 1 teaspoon
  • Avocado (mashed) - 100 grams

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, psyllium husk, salt, and ground cumin. Mix well.
  2. Gradually add water to the flour mixture and knead until a dough forms. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
  3. Divide the dough into small balls and roll each ball into thin, flat discs.
  4. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the discs until golden brown and crispy on both sides. Drain on paper towels.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine cucumber, tomato, onion, coriander, green chili, lemon juice, and chaat masala. Mix well to create a topping.
