- Green Chilies - 1, finely chopped

- Coriander Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Fresh Coriander - 2 tablespoons, chopped for garnish
- Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Heat ghee in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
- Add chopped green chilies and grated ginger, sautéing for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in the cauliflower rice, and cook for about 5 minutes until tender.
- Add crushed peanuts, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
