Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, chia seeds, baking powder, salt, turmeric, and cumin powder.
- Gradually add water to the dry ingredients, stirring until a smooth batter forms.
- Fold in the chopped onion, tomato, bell pepper, and cilantro into the batter.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
- Pour half of the batter onto the skillet, spreading it into a thick pancake shape.
- Cook for 4-5 minutes until the bottom is golden brown, then flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
- Repeat with the remaining batter, using the remaining olive oil.
- Serve hot with a side of keto-friendly chutney or yogurt.
