- Ginger - 1 teaspoon grated
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Curry leaves - 5-6 leaves, chopped
- Coconut oil - for cooking
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, salt, black mustard seeds, cumin seeds, chopped green chili, grated ginger, and chopped curry leaves.
- Gradually add water to the dry ingredients, mixing until you achieve a smooth, pourable batter. Adjust the water quantity as needed.
- Heat a non-stick skillet or tawa over medium heat and grease it lightly with coconut oil.
- Pour a ladleful of the batter onto the skillet, spreading it into a thin circle. Drizzle a little coconut oil around the edges.
- Cook for about 2-3 minutes or until the edges start to lift and the bottom is golden brown.
- Flip the dosa and cook for another 1-2 minutes until the other side is cooked through.
- Repeat the process with the remaining batter, adding more oil as needed. Serve hot with coconut chutney or your favorite low-carb dip.
