Ingredients

  • Greek yogurt - 200 grams
  • Cucumber - 100 grams, finely chopped
  • Tomato - 50 grams, finely chopped
  • Fresh mint leaves - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Fresh coriander leaves - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Green chili - 1 small, finely chopped (optional)
  • Black salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Roasted cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, add the Greek yogurt and whisk it until smooth.
  2. Add the finely chopped cucumber, tomato, mint, coriander, and green chili (if using) to the yogurt.
  3. Sprinkle in the black salt and roasted cumin powder, then mix well to combine all ingredients.
