- Water - 200 ml

- Chia seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Stevia or Erythritol - to taste

- Cardamom powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Chopped nuts (almonds or walnuts) - 2 tablespoons
Steps
- In a saucepan, mix the ragi flour with water to make a smooth paste, ensuring there are no lumps.
- Add the coconut milk and a pinch of salt to the ragi mixture, stirring well.
- Heat the mixture over medium heat, continuously stirring until it thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
- Once thickened, lower the heat and add in the chia seeds, sweetener, and cardamom powder, mixing well.
