Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine ragi flour, almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Add olive oil and gradually add water to the flour mixture, kneading until a smooth dough forms. Adjust water as necessary.
- Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper into a round shape, about 1/4 inch thick.
