  • Mixed bell peppers (diced) - 100 grams
  • Onion (sliced) - 50 grams
  • Tomato (sliced) - 50 grams
  • Mozzarella cheese (shredded) - 100 grams
  • Oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Chili flakes - 1/2 teaspoon (optional)

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ragi flour, almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Add olive oil and gradually add water to the flour mixture, kneading until a smooth dough forms. Adjust water as necessary.
  4. Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper into a round shape, about 1/4 inch thick.
  5. Transfer the rolled-out dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Pre-bake the crust in the oven for 10 minutes until slightly firm.
  7. Remove the crust from the oven, and spread the sliced tomatoes evenly over it.
