Steps
- In a saucepan, combine the almond milk and heavy cream, and bring it to a simmer over medium heat.
- Stir in the erythritol, cardamom powder, and saffron strands, and continue to simmer, stirring occasionally for about 20 minutes until the mixture thickens slightly.
