Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, psyllium husk, coconut flour, and salt.
- Gradually add warm water to the dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms. Adjust water as needed.
- Knead the dough for a minute until smooth, then cover and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Divide the dough into small balls (about the size of a golf ball).
- On a parchment paper or a silicone mat, roll each ball into a thin circle, about 4 inches in diameter.

- Fry the puri until it puffs up and turns golden brown, about 1-2 minutes per side.
