Ingredients

  • Prawns - 200 grams, peeled and deveined
  • Cucumber - 1 medium, diced
  • Red bell pepper - 1 medium, diced
  • Avocado - 1 medium, diced
  • Red onion - 1 small, finely chopped
  • Fresh coriander - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the lemon juice, olive oil, garam masala, salt, and black pepper to create the dressing.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add the prawns and cook for 3-4 minutes until they turn pink and are fully cooked. Remove from heat and let them cool slightly.
