- Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
- Onion - 1 medium, thinly sliced
- Green chili - 1, slit
- Tomato - 1 medium, chopped
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
- Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
- Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves - for garnish
Steps
- Heat coconut oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the sliced onions and sauté until they are translucent.
- Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and green chili, cooking for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the chopped tomato, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the tomatoes soften.
- Add the prawns to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until they turn pink and opaque.
- Stir in the grated cauliflower (cauliflower rice) and mix well with the prawn mixture.
- Cover and cook for another 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cauliflower is tender.
- Sprinkle garam masala over the dish, mix well, and cook for an additional minute.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
