Ingredients

  • Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams (shredded)
  • Parmesan cheese - 30 grams (grated)
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Prawns - 200 grams (cleaned and deveined)
  • Onion - 1 small (finely chopped)
  • Tomato - 1 medium (pureed)
  • Ginger-garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
  • Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Red chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh coriander leaves - 2 tablespoons (chopped)
  • Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the riced cauliflower, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, egg, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to form a dough.
  3. Spread the cauliflower mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to form a pizza crust. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and firm.
  4. In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
  5. Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and cook for another minute until fragrant.
  6. Add the prawns to the pan and cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  7. Pour in the tomato puree, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, and red chili powder. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens.
  8. Remove from heat and add fresh coriander leaves and lemon juice. Mix well.
  9. Spread the prawn masala mixture evenly over the baked cauliflower crust.
  10. Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until heated through.
  11. Slice and serve hot, garnished with additional coriander if desired.
