- Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams (shredded)
- Parmesan cheese - 30 grams (grated)
- Egg - 1 large
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Prawns - 200 grams (cleaned and deveined)
- Onion - 1 small (finely chopped)
- Tomato - 1 medium (pureed)
- Ginger-garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
- Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Coriander powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Red chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Fresh coriander leaves - 2 tablespoons (chopped)
- Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a large bowl, combine the riced cauliflower, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, egg, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to form a dough.
- Spread the cauliflower mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to form a pizza crust. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and firm.
- In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
- Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and cook for another minute until fragrant.
- Add the prawns to the pan and cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in the tomato puree, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, and red chili powder. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens.
- Remove from heat and add fresh coriander leaves and lemon juice. Mix well.
- Spread the prawn masala mixture evenly over the baked cauliflower crust.
- Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until heated through.
- Slice and serve hot, garnished with additional coriander if desired.
