  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh coriander leaves - for garnish

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the prawns with ginger paste, garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt, and lemon juice. Mix well and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat coconut oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the marinated prawns to the skillet and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until they are cooked through and have a nice golden color.
