Steps

- Add the prawns to the pan, season with salt, and cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- Mix in the cauliflower rice and garam masala, ensuring everything is combined well.
- Cover the pan and cook on low heat for 5-7 minutes until the cauliflower is tender.
- Remove from heat, stir in fresh cilantro, mint leaves, and lemon juice.
