- Heavy cream - 50 ml

Steps
- In a non-stick pan, heat the ghee over medium heat.
- Add the almond flour and shredded coconut, stirring continuously for about 5 minutes until it becomes aromatic.
- Stir in the erythritol and cardamom powder, mixing well.
- Pour in the heavy cream and cook for another 5-7 minutes until the mixture thickens and starts to leave the sides of the pan.
- Remove from heat and let the mixture cool slightly until it can be handled.
