- Almond flour - 100 grams
- Psyllium husk - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Water - 80 milliliters
- Oil for frying - as needed
- Cucumber - 50 grams, finely chopped
- Tomato - 50 grams, finely chopped
- Onion - 30 grams, finely chopped
- Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Green chili - 1, finely chopped (optional)
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Black salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Chaat masala - 1/2 teaspoon
- Pani (spiced water) - 250 milliliters
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, psyllium husk, and salt. Gradually add water and knead until a dough forms.
- Divide the dough into small balls and roll each ball into thin circles.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry each puri until golden and puffed up, then remove and drain on paper towels.
- In a separate bowl, mix cucumber, tomato, onion, cilantro, green chili, lemon juice, black salt, and chaat masala to create the filling.
- To serve, create a small hole in the puris, fill them with the veggie mixture, and add the spiced water (pani) before enjoying.
