- Plain Greek yogurt - 100 grams

- Garam masala - 1 teaspoon

- Ginger-garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Bell pepper (cubed) - 1 medium
- Onion (cubed) - 1 medium
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Skewers - 4 (soaked in water if wooden)
Steps
- In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, cumin powder, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, and salt to create the marinade.
- Cut the paneer into 1.5-inch cubes and add them to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well coated. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- While the paneer is marinating, cut the bell pepper and onion into 1.5-inch cubes.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat and brush it with olive oil.
- Thread the marinated paneer, bell pepper, and onion onto the skewers alternately.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until the paneer is golden and slightly charred.
- Remove from heat and serve hot with a side of mint chutney or yogurt dip.
