Ingredients

  • Paneer - 200 grams
  • Cauliflower rice - 300 grams
  • Ghee - 2 tablespoons
  • Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
  • Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
  • Green chili - 1, slit
  • Onion - 1 small, sliced
  • Bell pepper - 1 small, diced
  • Green peas - 50 grams (fresh or frozen)
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Cilantro - for garnish

Steps

  1. Heat ghee in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add cumin seeds and let them crackle for a few seconds.
  3. Stir in the sliced onion and sauté until golden brown.
  4. Add the ginger paste, garlic paste, and slit green chili, cooking for another minute until fragrant.
  5. Add the diced bell pepper and green peas, and sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened.
  6. Stir in the turmeric powder and garam masala, mixing well to coat the vegetables.
  7. Add the paneer cubes and sauté for another 2 minutes until they are lightly browned.
  8. Finally, add the cauliflower rice and season with salt, mixing everything together.
  9. Cover the pan and let it cook for 5-7 minutes on low heat until the cauliflower rice is tender.
  10. Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
