- Paneer - 200 grams
- Cauliflower rice - 300 grams
- Ghee - 2 tablespoons
- Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
- Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
- Green chili - 1, slit
- Onion - 1 small, sliced
- Bell pepper - 1 small, diced
- Green peas - 50 grams (fresh or frozen)
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Cilantro - for garnish
Steps
- Heat ghee in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add cumin seeds and let them crackle for a few seconds.
- Stir in the sliced onion and sauté until golden brown.
- Add the ginger paste, garlic paste, and slit green chili, cooking for another minute until fragrant.
- Add the diced bell pepper and green peas, and sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened.
- Stir in the turmeric powder and garam masala, mixing well to coat the vegetables.
- Add the paneer cubes and sauté for another 2 minutes until they are lightly browned.
- Finally, add the cauliflower rice and season with salt, mixing everything together.
- Cover the pan and let it cook for 5-7 minutes on low heat until the cauliflower rice is tender.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
