  • Paneer - 200 grams
  • Almond flour - 50 grams
  • Psyllium husk - 1 tablespoon
  • Baking powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Water - 3 tablespoons
  • Oil - for frying

Steps

  1. Cut the paneer into bite-sized cubes and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, psyllium husk, baking powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt.
  3. Gradually add water to the dry ingredients, mixing until a thick batter forms.
  4. Coat each paneer cube with the batter, ensuring they are well-covered.
  5. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat for frying.
  6. Once the oil is hot, carefully add the coated paneer cubes in batches and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  7. Remove the pakoras from the oil and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
  8. Serve hot with a side of mint chutney or your favorite low-carb dip.
