Ingredients

  • Spinach - 200 grams, fresh
  • Heavy cream - 100 ml
  • Butter - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh coriander - for garnish

Steps

  1. Heat the butter in a pan over medium heat and add the minced garlic and grated ginger. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
