Ingredients

  • Fresh spinach leaves - 200 grams
  • Coconut flour - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Oil (for frying) - 1/2 cup
  • Greek yogurt - 100 grams
  • Chaat masala - 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Chopped fresh coriander - 1 tablespoon
  • Green chilies (finely chopped) - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Wash the fresh spinach leaves thoroughly and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  2. In a bowl, mix coconut flour, salt, black pepper, and turmeric powder.
  3. Coat each spinach leaf with the flour mixture evenly.
  4. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the coated spinach leaves until they are crispy, about 2-3 minutes on each side. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix Greek yogurt, chaat masala, lemon juice, chopped coriander, and green chilies to prepare the sauce.
  6. Serve the crispy spinach leaves on a plate, drizzling the yogurt sauce generously over them.
  7. Garnish with additional coriander and a sprinkle of chaat masala before serving.
