Ingredients

  • Almond flour - 100 grams
  • Ghee - 75 grams
  • Erythritol - 50 grams
  • Cardamom powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Water - 50 ml
  • Salt - a pinch

Steps

  1. In a saucepan, combine erythritol and water over medium heat, stirring until the erythritol dissolves completely.
  2. Once dissolved, bring the mixture to a boil and cook until it reaches a one-string consistency (about 7-10 minutes).
  3. In a separate pan, heat ghee on low heat and add almond flour, stirring continuously to avoid burning until it turns golden brown and aromatic.
  4. Pour the syrup into the almond flour mixture, add cardamom powder and a pinch of salt, and mix well until combined.
  5. Continue to cook the mixture on low heat, stirring constantly until it starts to leave the sides of the pan.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased tray or plate, spreading it evenly and pressing it down.
  7. Let it cool for about 10-15 minutes before cutting into squares or desired shapes.
