- Erythritol - 50 grams

- Water - 50 ml

- In a saucepan, combine erythritol and water over medium heat, stirring until the erythritol dissolves completely.
- Once dissolved, bring the mixture to a boil and cook until it reaches a one-string consistency (about 7-10 minutes).
- In a separate pan, heat ghee on low heat and add almond flour, stirring continuously to avoid burning until it turns golden brown and aromatic.
- Pour the syrup into the almond flour mixture, add cardamom powder and a pinch of salt, and mix well until combined.
- Continue to cook the mixture on low heat, stirring constantly until it starts to leave the sides of the pan.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased tray or plate, spreading it evenly and pressing it down.
- Let it cool for about 10-15 minutes before cutting into squares or desired shapes.
