Ingredients

  • Mutton mince - 400 grams
  • Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
  • Green chili - 1, finely chopped
  • Fresh coriander leaves - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Egg - 1, beaten
  • Almond flour - 2 tablespoons
  • Oil - 2 tablespoons (for grilling)

Steps

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mutton mince, ginger paste, garlic paste, green chili, chopped coriander leaves, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt, black pepper powder, lemon juice, and beaten egg.
  2. Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined, then add the almond flour to bind the mixture.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes to enhance the flavors.
  4. Preheat your grill or grill pan on medium-high heat. If using skewers, soak wooden skewers in water for 10 minutes to prevent burning.
  5. Take a portion of the mutton mixture and mold it around the skewers, shaping it into long kebabs.
  6. Brush the kebabs with oil and place them on the preheated grill. Cook for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until they are cooked through and have a nice char.
  7. Remove from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
  8. Serve hot with keto-friendly mint chutney or a side salad.
